We regret that pets are not allowed in the villa.
We kindly ask guests not to feed the cats and dogs on the property.

The dogs are there to protect the premises and will not disturb you during your stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
We kindly ask that you smoke only outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 

Breakfast is included in the room-rate and is served at 09h00 (UTC+1).
You want to go all-in? Replace your breakfast by brunch at a € 10 per person rate.

The pool is unattended; there is no life guard.
Children should not stay at the pool without adult supervision, and do so at your own risk. 

As the outside temperature is usually high enough, the pool is not heated. If you want to have it heated (eg. during early spring or late fall, winter), we can heat it for you. 

There is a surcharge for heating the pool of € 40 per day.
Please allow a 2 days notice for preheating.
